Once your credit note is created, it is valid for 4 months in store and online. It is to be used at the end of your order when choosing the payment method (at step 3).
You will then just have to select "Use my credit". You can then complete the payment by credit card or with Paypal if necessary.
If it is a credit note obtained in store, make sure you have a customer account on our website with the same email address as your store account, click here for more information.
