There are two possible reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
- An automatic cancellation due to a technical issue, usually related to an authorization or authentication problem with your bank.
- A cancellation due to an item being out of stock at the time your order was being prepared.
Due to an inventory discrepancy, the item was ultimately unavailable. In such cases, you will receive an email notifying you of the situation.
