How do I return an item ?

To return an item :

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make your return.

1. Log in to your customer account and go to the "My returns" section
2. Complete the online form
3. Print out the return summary and place it in your package as required
4. Print out your prepaid Colissimo voucher (if your return is eligible for this - check the terms and conditions for returns) and stick it onto your package
5. Return your package

If you are not in metropolitan France, please return it in a post office.

You can then track the progress of your package directly via the laposte.fr website, using your package reference number.

The refund is made automatically on the original payment method within 5 days after delivery of your package.
