Returns for refund are free of charge in metropolitan France and for the member countries of the European Union, excluding French overseas departments and territories and Latvia, and are carried out by means of a prepaid Colissimo voucher (including sales or discount items).
For returns outside the European Union, the return is at your expense.
You have 30 days to return your order from the delivery date.
For the return to be processed, you must make your return request online beforehand, and then include in your package the document you printed out in the course of this request.
If you want to change the size, you ask for a refund and reorder.
The refund is made with the initial payment method used:
- In the case of an order paid by gift card or credit note, it will be refunded with a new credit.
- In the case of a payment by credit card, the refund will be made automatically to the bank account.
The refund corresponds to the amount actually paid; therefore, any discounts applied at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.
Reminder : items must be returned intact, without having been worn or washed, with their accessories and with labels attached. Covid-19 protective masks cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
