The return for refund is free for the countries of the European Union except :
- French overseas departments and territories
- Latvia
Following your online return request, the prepaid label is available in your customer area under the "my returns" section. Then you can drop your package off at the post office or drop-off point.
If the return costs are at the customer's expense, you would have to make your return request online and stamp your package by your own means at the following address :

For countries and French overseas territories requiring a customs declaration, please follow the recommendations of the post company for customs obligations :
- Select the standard parcel service and not the express one
- Check the reason "Return of goods" on the customs declaration
- Specify the number of the outbound parcel as a comment
- Attach the commercial invoice linked to the outbound parcel (highlighting the returned goods if possible)
- If possible, attach the CN23 customs document for the outbound shipment
- Affix all documents to the package in a plastic sleeve
- Attach the shipping label on the other side of the package
If the procedure is not followed, we will not be able to accept the parcel and it will be returned to the sender.
