We offer two options:
- You can visit one of our Le Temps des Cerises stores with proof of purchase so that we can remove the lock for you. You can consult the list of our stores here.
- Return your item to us so that we can remove the lock and send the item back to you. To do so, we invite you to contact us, a prepaid label will then be sent to you to make a free return.
