An error on the items in your order or the delivery address? You can cancel your order from your customer account. You have 30 minutes to cancel it, and the payment will also be cancelled. If you used a discount, credit note or gift card, the amount will then be credited back automatically.
If you have exceeded 30 minutes, please contact us through the contact form by selecting the subject of your request "Website purchases" then "Order cancellation/ Address modification" so that your request can be processed as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the content of your order if you made a mistake on the size, the quantity or the reference. However, we can cancel it if you want, as long as the order has not been prepared or shipped. In this case, you can request a return upon receipt of your package.
