You can use your loyalty vouchers and credit notes online if you want, it's quite easy to do so.
If you have already provided your email address in store in order to create a customer account, you just have to create your customer account with our online store using the same email address, and your two accounts will be automatically merged, combining all loyalty points and advantages.
After your account is created, if you already have a credit note or a loyalty voucher obtained in store, it will appear around 2 hours later.
- For a loyalty voucher, you will just have to select it in your cart step 3 (from 50€ of purchase).
- For a credit note, you can select it at the end of the order during the payment.
