Order tracking and delivery:
- The order will not be visible from your customer account of the website but the loyalty points are accumulated in your customer account if you used the same email address.
- The tracking of your order will not appear either but you receive an email from Colissimo to track your package.
Returns :
- The return of an order placed in a store is only done in a store. It is possible to go to a different store than the one you ordered from, but we invite you to contact them beforehand if this is the case.
- You can ask for an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
